1. I have used a product called Airborne here in the U.S. with great success to fight off colds. Even if you have a cold you can lessen it by taking it 3 times a day. This is the only thing I have had success with. Just want to try and help out another felter. Take care. DebsThreads

2. Happy New Year Nicola. Have you tried butter pecan ice cream to rid yourself of that cold? I note that you have never been sick while here, so can only think that is the reason behind that.
