Today is the official opening of ‘Breaking Out’ at the Craft Gallery in Kilkenny. Alan and I will be aiming to arrive there at about 1 o’clock, have some lunch with friends and family and then go on to the opening at 3 o’clock. I am really looking forward to seeing how the curator has hung/displayed my felt pieces although obviously I am nervous as well!

Have fun in Kilkenny! Joe and I have gone to the festival there and we love the town. Of course, the castle was a hit with us, as you can well imagine. I am sure that he has displayed your pieces beautifully. It is exciting!

Well done on ‘Breaking Out’ a great achievement Nichola. you should be very proud. A really fabulous exhibition. Everyone should see it if they are able to get there.
